Sometimes you may need to request a refund on a purchase made with your Zilch card. In such situations, it’s important to know the right steps to take in order to get the refund process started. Here are some guidelines to follow when requesting a refund from a retailer:

  1. Contact the retailer directly: The first step in requesting a refund is to reach out to the retailer from which you made the purchase. Check the retailer’s website or contact information for their refund policy and instructions on how to initiate a refund request.

  2. Be patient: Refund processing times can vary depending on the retailer and the payment method used. While some refunds may be processed quickly, others may take several days or even weeks. Be sure to ask the retailer about their estimated processing time and follow up with them if you have not received your refund within that timeframe.

  3. Get your refund: Once Zilch receives your refund, we will need up to five working days to send this back to your bank account.
